Yoga For Everybody - 161331

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
These classes will be taught in the vinyasa style: part of the hatha yoga tradition. The practice is based on how the student feels that day, focusing on the present moment, believing yoga is a process and a journey, not a destination. Students will move from standing poses to mat work on the floor so ability to flow from feet to the floor and back is required. Safety awareness and use of healthful options are paramount. Remember the fun you had playing softball as a kid? Now's a great time to start playing again! Those 50 years and up are eligible to join the Team! Our team plays games against other 50+ Teams in the area.
Register online or drop by the Strawberry Hill Office to sign up. One must be registered and have a current 2017 Medical Information/Waiver form on file at the Parks Dept. before playing. Call 842-2306 for more information. Ongoing; weather permitting.
Practice begins in the first week of May if the fields are ready. M,W,F Warm-up starts at 10am. Scholarships available.
